INDIANA: Fort Wayne - Fort 4 Fitness Twilight Criterium - RESULTS PHOTOS - As part of the running, walking, biking event in Fort Wayne, this was the 2nd annual twilight criterium held on a short 0.6 mile, 6 turn course in downtown Fort Wayne. $3,300 over 20 places was awarded to the Pro 1/2/3 event.
From the official website of Fort 4 Fitness: This race was at Fort Wayne, IN on May 25, 2013. It was the Cat 1-2-3 event with about 60 riders. The weather was in the mid 60's and the race was only 60 minutes long. The start of the race was full gas and it looked like everything would stay together but 3 Upland Team riders had a plan and kept a small lead and 3 other riders bridged and the brake was started. 45 minutes into the race the brake lapped the field and then a few riders tried several times to get away but the field chased them all back. Coming out of the last turn Jeremy Grimm of Pure 121 one of the 6 riders that lapped the field had a 6 bike length lead and held it to the finish.
